A little cotton dress in soft seafoam green, worked in close rows that hold their shape through a lot of wearing and washing. The collar is a separate piece, scalloped in white and stitched on by hand so it lies flat and frames the neckline. At the hem sits a white daisy with six petals, because a plain hem felt like a missed opportunity. Cap sleeves, easy to pull on, made for spring and summer and christenings and being photographed in.
Once it's gone, this little piece won't be made exactly the same way again.
